The closest parking garages to the 300 series meeting rooms (where SharePoint TechFest takes place) are in the Orange Lot accessible from Gate 10 off of Kirby Drive OR Gate 2 off of Fannin Street. The daily rate is $10.00 on event day only.

What does registration to the SharePoint TECHFEST give me access to?
Registration for the SharePoint TECHFEST gives you access to all of the TECHFEST sessions (including lunch), keynotes, exhibits and vendor seminars

What are the exhibit hours?
The exhibit floor is open from 9:00am – 4:30pm on October 12, 2016

What are the times of the SharePoint TECHFEST sessions?
There are numerous high quality business and technology sessions throughout the day, from 9:00am – 4:20pm.

When can I expect to receive my badge in the mail?
Badges will not be mailed in advance. Instead you’ll receive an electronic confirmation upon completing your registration.  This confirmation includes your unique barcode.  To expedite your on-site check-in, simply print out the registration confirmation and bring it with you to on-site registration, located at the NRG Center, where you will quickly receive your badge.

When does on-site registration for Attendees open?
Attendee Registration is open from 8:30am to 4:30pm on October 12, 2016. To make your registration experience quick and easy, pre-register online and bring your printed confirmation with you.

Can I get into InnoTech without a badge?
No.  All attendees, exhibitors and speakers are required to have an official event badge to attend InnoTech.

Can I pay for a Conference Registration by check or Purchase Order?
Yes, you can; however, please call 503-570-6295 or e-mail Andrea to do so. The most efficient way to register is to use our secure online system and pay by credit card.

Is there a group discount policy?
Yes. To receive a group discount all registrants must be from the same company/organization. There is a 15% discount for 3 to 5 registrants; a 20% discount for 6 to 9 registrants; a 25% discount for 10 to 15 registrants; and a 30% discount for 16 or more registrants. Are students allowed to attend?
Sorry, SharePoint TECHFEST is a professional trade event and attendance is limited to qualified IT professionals over the age of 18.
